Who is eligible to win?

Our giveaways are open ONLY to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii), the District of Columbia who are licensed drivers and legal age of majority (18 years old in most states) in the state/province/territory in which they reside.

How can I enter the giveaway?

Every purchase made on TROKIANDO.COM or thru our mobile app will get you entered for the current giveaway! Entries are calculated in your cart and are AUTOMATICALLY RECORDED once you complete checkout!

How is the winner selected?

Once the giveaway closes, all entries are submitted into our system. We will then announce the date and time where we conduct the LIVE drawing on our Youtube Channel.

How many entries do I have?

You can check your total entries for the current giveaway by logging in with the email you used to place the order. Once logged in, you'll be able to see your total entries.

Do the winners have to pay to claim the prize?

NO!!! We will never ask our winners to pay anything to claim a prize! If you receive a DM on social media claiming you won, THAT IS A SCAM!!! We will ONLY notify the winner via PHONE during the live giveaway announcement!

How long does it take to ship my order?

PRIORITY SHIPPING METHODS DO NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME.

You will receive an email from support@trokiando.com when your order has been confirmed. Purchased items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of the order being placed unless otherwise noted on the product description. Most orders usually ship within 2 to 3 days excluding holidays or weekends. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your order after 3 weeks, please notify support@trokiando.com

Can I change my address?

SHIPPING ADDRESSES CANNOT BE CHANGED once your order has shipped. If your order has not shipped, you can email support@trokiando.com to request an address change.

Can I change sizes or color on a product I ordered?

If your order has not shipped yet, you can email support@trokiando.com to request product changes. Please note some items we sell are made to order and may not be changed once an order has been placed.

Can I cancel or return my order?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SIZING AND PRODUCT INFO BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. 

Once an order is placed, your giveaway entries are automatically submitted into the sweepstakes. We cannot tamper with the entries after your order has been placed.

My order was damaged during shipping, what can I do?

If your items arrived damaged, please email support@trokiando.com with your Order Number and pictures of the damaged items.
