STANDARD SHIPPING ON DOMESTIC ORDERS -

All orders are processed with in 1-2 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Although our websites may provide shipping time frames, these are only estimates. They are not meant to be promises or commitments of arrival times. Please do not rely on them for your item to arrive according to those dates.. Shipping time frames vary depending on many things including how many orders we receive, status of inventory,  service levels and more. CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

SHIPPING ADDRESSES CANNOT BE CHANGED once your order has shipped. if your order has not shipped, you can contact us to request an address change.

 

AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

ONCE AN ORDER IS shipped, WE CANNOT CANCEL OR MODIFY A SHIPMENT. if your order has not shipped, you can contact us to cancel your order.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

ONCE YOUR PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH CORRESPONDING TRACKING INFORMATION.

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR TROKIANDO PURCHASE, FOR ANY REASON, WE WILL OFFER YOU A RETURN AND REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY RECEIPT ON NEW AND UNUSED ITEMS.

*A return shipping fee and 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for returns and exchanges.
