PRIORITY SHIPPING METHODS DO NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME.

You will receive an email from support@trokiando.com when your order has been confirmed. Purchased items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of the order being placed, although most will be shipped within 3 to 4 days excluding holidays or weekends. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify support@trokiando.com

 

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

SHIPPING ADDRESSES CANNOT BE CHANGED once your order has shipped. if your order has not shipped, you can email support@trokiando.com to request an address change.

 

AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

ONCE AN ORDER IS shipped, WE CANNOT CANCEL OR MODIFY A SHIPMENT. if your order has not shipped, you can contact us to cancel your order.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

ONCE YOUR PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH CORRESPONDING TRACKING INFORMATION.

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR TROKIANDO PURCHASE, FOR ANY REASON, WE WILL OFFER YOU A RETURN AND REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY RECEIPT ON NEW AND UNUSED ITEMS.

*A return shipping fee and 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for returns and exchanges.
